Refunds for Sponsorships and Donations
We deeply appreciate every donation and sponsorship we receive. Whether it’s a one-time contribution or a recurring monthly sponsorship, your support helps us run vital programs for education, healthcare, women empowerment, child welfare, and more.
Although donations are usually considered final, we recognize that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary.
We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, and we promise to listen to your concerns with fairness and understanding.
Situations Where a Refund May Be Considered
You may request a refund if:
You donated the wrong amount by mistake (e.g. adding an extra zero)
You made the same donation more than once
You accidentally signed up for a recurring donation
You changed your mind shortly after making a donation
There was a technical issue during the transaction
You didn’t receive a confirmation or receipt for your donation

Time Limit and Deduction Policy
Refunds can only be requested within 6 days of the donation date. If your refund request is approved, a 20% deduction will be applied to cover transaction and processing charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to you through the original payment method within 4 days only.

Include the following information to help us process your request quickly:
Your full name
Date and amount of the donation
Method of payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.)
Any confirmation or receipt number (if available)
A short explanation of the issue
We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time frame.
Important Notes
Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Refunds for recurring donations will only apply to the most recent payment unless otherwise discussed.
Donations made several months ago may be harder to refund due to banking or legal limitations, but we will always try our best to resolve the issue.
Requests made after 6 days from the date of donation may not be eligible for refund.
